Remember the Roomba? Well now there's a version for your lawn...sorta. The Lawnbot is an electric gizmo that mows your lawn all by itself. It even returns to its docking/charging station once it's finished. Also, it cuts and mulches the grass at the same time and uses it as instant fertilizer. Even more, it's apparently so quiet you can do a morning mow without disturbing the neighbors. Sounds too good to be true? (no pun intended) Well, with the low-end model coming in at $1800 they better not be kidding. Check it out here at Lawnbot.com

I have the Lawnbott Super Evolution. It works GREAT! I got ribbed by my friends and neighbors at first. But Now I am the one laughing on the golf course!

WOW! That one word about sums up my mow-free summer. The little bugger keeps going and going just like the rabbit that a certain battery company hired. It has kept my grass looking great and now I spend more time in my garden.
I did a pile of research on this and ended up with an Evolution MAX, minus the super agressive traction wheels. If you want the same, you will need to contact the company since the aggressive wheels are standard with that package. My sales person actually down-sold me to the less agressive wheels since my property did not really require them.
